Kristin McCann

Kristin McCann is the founder of Servus Coaching Group, a consulting and coaching company built on the belief that exceptional service and authentic relationships are the foundation of lasting success. With over two decades of experience in the dental industry and a lifelong passion for mentorship, Kristin brings a unique and deeply relational approach to team development and practice growth.

 

Her journey began in 2001 in a small two-operatory dental office in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of dental practices—from Medicaid-based offices to high-end specialty and full mouth restorative clinics. For the past 15 years, Kristin has focused on neuromuscular dentistry, getting her start under the mentorship of Dr. Brad Durham in Savannah, Georgia, one of the nation’s pioneers in full mouth restorative dentistry.

 

At Dr. Durham’s practice, Beyond Exceptional Dentistry, Kristin evolved from front office concierge to a trusted trainer and seminar coach. Today, she specializes in transforming team members—regardless of their prior dental experience—into high-performing contributors within the dental practice.

 

Kristin’s background in music education and years of teaching and leading Bible studies, voice lessons, and mentorship programs have given her a gift for connection and communication. She blends these skills with her deep industry knowledge to guide teams with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

 

Kristin lives in Savannah, Georgia, where she is a proud mother of three and grandmother of four. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying time on the water, or spending time with her grandkids!
